These Terms govern your use of Nimoo Club. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may suspend or delete any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including your date of birth and photos.
- Your photos must be of you and must not include nudity, minors, or other people without their consent.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
3. Community conduct — zero tolerance
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or abuse any other user.
- Post hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
- Solicit money, run scams, or advertise services.
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, age, or intent.
- Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the service.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Confirmed violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent removal without refund.
4. No verification, no guarantees, no liability for interactions
Nimoo Club does not run background checks on every user and does not verify every identity claim. Matches, conversations, and any offline meetings happen at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Always meet in a public place and tell someone you trust.
5. Nimoo Elite — subscriptions & refunds
- Elite is currently offered free of charge while we grow. When paid Elite launches, prices will be shown in your local currency and billed through Razorpay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Settings.
- Paid Elite fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused days on cancellation are not refunded.
- If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, no refund is due.
6. Intellectual property
The Nimoo Club name, logo, design, and software are our property. You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, and messages you post, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your account puts other users at risk. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
